Throughout the years, as the President of Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management Roger has handled all aspects of a client’s written financial plan. He develops an investment strategy that is appropriate whether the client is planning for retirement or is already retired, or a small business, a pension plan or a trust. Roger believes having a solid game plan based on our six step investment process is a key prerequisite to effective portfolio management. All clients who use a managed strategy have access to this experience. Roger co-founded Personal Benefit Services in 1977, and in 1987 expanded the practice to become Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management. He has appeared nationally in seminars as a speaker helping investors understand the complexities of investing. Roger has served on The White House Council on Families, was a Master Trainer for the Federal Employees Retirement System, was on the GE Private Asset Management CEO Advisory Council and was named " 100 Most influential People in Arvada‘s History."

 | Eldon L. Laidig Partner Certified Financial Planner Eldon provides comprehensive financial planning for clients and businesses. Eldon implements the investment management portion of client portfolios to assist them in achieving their financial goals. He has been an investment advisor with Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management since 1987.
Eldon was named Arvada’s Man of the Year in 1990 in recognition of the many community service projects in which he has been involved.

Eric is a graduate from Metropolitan State College. Eric has been integral in the growth of Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management. In addition to taking care of his clients, Eric has designed and implemented the growth plans of PBS over the past 15 years. In addition, Eric has headed up all the building design, computers, communications, software, audio visual equipment and other technology needs for Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management. He blends this specialization with client service to give PBS clients state of the art client communications. Eric is an active volunteer in his church and in his community.

Michael provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to individuals, businesses and retirement plans. He provides an exceptional level of service to clients through his logical, analytical, client centric approach to financial planning and investment management.
Michael began his career in 1999, and has experience in the Mutual Fund Industry as well as in boutique Financial Planning Firms. In 2010 he was chosen nationally to serve on a Technology Advisory Board for Pershing, LLC. Michael is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Regis University, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and is a member in good standing with the Financial Planning Association. A Colorado native, Michael is active in his community, local church, and serves on a charitable foundation committee, and as President of the Holy Family Alumni Association. He, his wife Amy, and their children enjoy backpacking, camping, gardening and golf.

Debbie is the interface between the financial planners and the client services department. She strives to make PBSWM clients' experience positive by processing client requests in an efficient and timely manner.
Debbie earned an MBA from the University of Colorado in 1984. She is an administrative assistant and has been with Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management since 1986.

Mary handles inquiries with a smile. She opens new accounts and keeps existing client files in good order. She is on the front lines and always lets everyone contacting PBS for financial asistance know they are welcome and valued.
